Geotech Welcomes New Territory Manager

Geotech, a QED Environmental Systems company and leading manufacturer of gas analysis technology, is pleased to announce Piotr Slonina as its new Territory Manager for the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) regions. Piotr brings over a decade of experience in sales and channel management. While being based in Frankfurt, Germany, Piotr will oversee operations in European countries including Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy and Spain. Piotr joins Geotech following a two-year stint at RS Components as a Corporate Account Manager. During his tenure Piotr was responsible for managing the business relations of large, multiregional and multinational customers, overseeing strategy and objectives while working transversely across internal and external teams. Paul Gooch, Global Sales and Marketing Director at Geotech, said: “Piotr will make a superb addition to the team and enable us to work more closely with the German market that has witnessed strong growth in recent years. Piotr’s wealth of experience in sales will be an invaluable support to our team and will contribute towards the company’s rapid growth in these regions. I warmly welcome him into our team and look forward to his strategic direction that will further support our growth in the region.” As part of his induction programme, Piotr will make visits to the US and UK offices to better understand Geotech’s advanced portfolio of products and will also be meeting the brands current distributors. He will also be involved with key customer meetings together with senior members of the sales and marketing teams at Geotech which will further provide a strategic understanding of the markets within which the brand operates.
