Liquid Loss in Weight Feeders

Using exactly the same principle as our powder feeding system, liquids can also be weighed to an accuracy of either + or – 0.5% where a loss in weight liquids vessel is mounted on a Rospen low profile loss in weight platform. By means of flexible pipes the vessel is connected to a header tank, comprising dump valve and variable speed discharge pump. The loss in liquid weight per unit of time is measured by the microprocessor and the pump speed modulated to hold the liquid loss- in-weight and thus output constant.
