In designing pressure sensors and gauges, we can use ceramic, foil or semiconductor strain gauges. These can be used for upto 300C and fitted to irregular shapes. Load cell and load sensor design can be achieved using ceramic, foil and semiconductor mediums. Torque cell and sensors can be designed using foil and semiconductor technologies.
