'ACF Gaskets' has invested in 2 new Injection rubber moulding machines. The first arrived earlier this year with another to be delivered in 6 months' time. These machines are imported from Germany, and are quite literally the 'best money can buy'. The first Injection moulding machine has a rapid rubber curing system to reduce cycle time and lower costs for our 'Mass Production Gasket Customers'. The second machine has a special 'First in - All Out' injection nozzle which allows for faster change times so savings can be passed onto our customers who require lower quantity 'Batch Rubber Mouldings'. And if we can set up faster than the competition, we will cost less than the competition with no product quality being compromise! Just pure setup time reduction.
