Welcome to ACF-Gasket's First Blog! This blog has been designed to keep customers and suppliers of ACF Gasket up to date with the latest news from ACF Gaskets. So, where to start? Let's look at 2013 so far. ACF Gaskets has been through big changes in the last few months. In January ACF Gasket purchased a brand new vacuum chamber Press From Barwell Gobel Ltd. This machine arrived February... and boy what a difference it has made. The statistics show the difference! And look at how much better it looks, As can be seen , the three old machines are the original presses that ACF Gaskets used, these old girls did their job very well, but it was time for them to be move on to the press scrap yard in the sky. This picture was taken on the day of decommission. The next picture shows the new Barwell vacuum rubber moulding press. The increased speed of manufacture of products such as silicone gaskets and rubber mouldings has been superb, and we are now able to quote for project knowing we can take Eastern Europe head on, not only on price, but without the reduction in the ACF-Gasket's quality and still with competitive lead times!
