Machines to see at the FIT show 2022

With just 3 weeks to go, Addison's machine line up for FIT show has been confirmed! We are taking 2 great Mecal machines with us to the NEC, both of which will be running demos throughout the show. The Mecal 622 Edgemaster Double Mitre Saw The all new Mecal TDC-622 is a unique machine combining the benefits of a rising blade 5 axis saw with the addition of linear feed to obtain an industry leading cutting capacity. The saw operates as a standard rising blade design. Once a material dimension wider than 200mm is input the unique sequence is activated where the saw blade advances forward underneath the saw table below the material, raises and retreats giving a massive 500mm width capacity. This machine is also equipped with a containment chute on each head to capture the off-cut pieces whilst a simple button press will empty the chute contents to the belt conveyor situated at the rear of the machine. The TDC-622 has clearly set a new benchmark for double mitre saws employing advanced design concepts to achieve higher performance, precision and reliability. MC 305 Gianos MMI 4 Axis Machining Centre For high speed machining of aluminium, steel, brass, copper and PVC materials. The Gianos has a 7438mm working length and can be used in numerous applications including, windows, doors and curtain walling, automotive, aerospace, engineering, internal partitions, sign manufacturing, air conditioning and refrigeration. A axis Profile rotation +125° to -125° allows working 3 sides of material.
