SUCK-ccessful Project Sawing GRP Friday, 5th April 2013 Having approached many suppliers Addison were the only company to take this glass reinforced fibre product project on and conceive a very credible solution. We used a standard Mecal double mitre saw and made the control panel free standing, then added strong support arms with an adjustable zero reference stop on the fixed head. We used diamond grit blades to get optimum performance and blade life, then the big trick was to have the ultimate extraction system to protect the operators and environment. This was not easy, but our exclusive extraction company played a blinder and concieved the most elaborate system we have ever seen.
