Smooth flowing tapered tips are cost effective luer lock tips for handling higher viscosity gels and pastes. The design reduces back pressure and ensure even particle filled materials are dispensed with ease. The 27 gauge tapered tip was the smallest diameter in this range for many years with an outlet inner diameter of 0.20mm. We've introduced a new 30 gauge and 32 gauge tapered tip with smaller diameters. The 30G lavender colour has a 0.15mm ID. The 32G yellow colour has an ID of 0.10mm. Use these tips for precision dispensing making micro deposits. All tips feature a double-helix luer lock thread for use with syringe barrels and cartridge fittings. They are made from polyethylene material and are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI. They are also silicone-free materials to ensure adhesives dispensed are not contaminated.
