Holiday ! It Would Be So Nice

The weather is getting warmer and the summer is here ! It’s got us wishing we could put our ‘out of office’ reply on our emails and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. With the Covid 19 pandemic and increasing prices for everyday living, from the weekly food shop to the cost of gas and electric, anyone lucky enough to be going on holiday this year will be looking forward to being able to completely relax, chill out and forget about all the mundane stuff at home. And lets be honest, after the last few years you deserve it ! Whether it’s an action-packed, thrill-seeking vacation, dancing at a music festival, riding all the rollercoasters Florida has to offer, diving with sharks in Fiji or a chance to do literally nothing all day, being waited on hand and foot at a luxury spa in Mauritius, relaxing on a tropical beach in the Caribbean or a luxury cruise around the Mediterranean, this is the chance to reboot your mind, body and soul. Those of us who are staying at home this year can still get that much needed rest and relaxation. Turn off your phones and get out in the fresh air, be it a stroll in a lush green park or a long walk or drive through the beautiful British countryside, you can blow the cobwebs away and feel so much better. A lazy day with a good book, a refreshing drink and your favourite scented candle can do wonders for your mood. We like to sit with a glass of iced water and our kindles, the aroma of our coconut scented wax melt beads gently filling the air, we close our eyes and imagine we are on a tropical beach without a care in the world, we might even have a little nap. It’s amazing where our imaginations can take us !
