An extensive range of combination pipe and belt grinders, centreless grinding and polishing machines, pipe notching and grinding machines, off-hand grinders, drill sharpeners, belt grinding, deburring and polishing equipment is now being marketed in the UK under the Ajax Arboga brand. Available through Ajax Machine Tools International of Lymington, the Arboga range of equipment is rated as a high quality market leader having been sold in Europe for over 25 years. The product range is able to meet most deburring, polishing and manual grinding type applications. In addition, there is a range of exhaust, dust collection, micro filter and cyclone racks to suit most types of application. There are more than 36 off-hand, double-ended grinding and polishing machines which include units fitted with powerful extraction units as standard plus a series of drill grinding machines with attachments. Also included are combination wheel and belt machines with the E308 and E312 variants carrying an extended five-year warranty and a series of heavy duty belt grinders with belt lengths up to 2,000 mm. Also within the Ajax Arboga series of machines is a combined pipe and belt grinder incorporates a removable table for notching pipes up to 100 mm diameter and a centreless grinding and polishing machine for tubes able to accommodate material sizes between 20 and 100 mm diameter. In addition, for applications involving grinding, cleaning, sanding or polishing of tubes between 5 mm and 150 mm diameter, a variable speed centreless grinder is available complete with coolant facility. For pipe notching and grinding prior to welding the Ajax Arboga RS/RSX will handle any angle up to 60 deg on pipe diameters between 21 and 100 mm. It is the only machine of its type that provides for adjustment of the grinding section instead of the workpiece.
