Main Duties and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Calibration Administrator where they will organize and control the day to day departmental communication and assist with work planning within the Calibration department.
They will cover the administrative activities required for the calibration team and some of their key responsibilities will be:
• Management of test equipment and the calibration database
• Organise and control of Calibration External Servicing and Equipment Calibration
• Unpacking/Packing and dispatching test equipment
• Scanning and filing of calibration certificates and paperwork
• Providing day to day support to the manager with the management of AMECaL to maintain compliance to both ISO9001/17025
• Liaise with calibration third parties as required to request quotations to schedule the sending of equipment for service, repair and recertification, raising of Purchase Orders and Invoicing all completed jobs
• Liaising with customers over the telephone answering telephone queries
• Computer literate working knowledge, Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365.
