Building work begins at our new site in Baildon

August saw the builders breaking ground for our new 15,000 sq ft premises at Baildon Business Park – just a few miles from our current site in Guiseley. All of our sales and marketing, maintenance and distribution teams will be relocating to the purpose-built facility which will also have space to accommodate our expanding service engineering department. We expect staff numbers to increase to around 40 within the next few years. The developer is Pendle Russells - a joint venture between Manchester-based Russells Construction and Lancashire’s Pendle Projects. As well as our facility, they are creating a 28,000 sq ft premises on the same site for precision-engineering firm Produmax and a further 14,000 sq ft unit which is still available. Said Anetic Aid Sales Director Andrew Curtin: ‘We expect to be in the new building next Spring – it’s great to be moving to a brand new unit which is being designed specifically for our needs.’
