Here’s the short version: we developed a web application for Diamond Facilities Support that enables them to manage all works carried out for their clients. The web app system enables them to raise, manage and monitor their clients’ support tickets.
The app runs the business
The web application system generates several management reports – which helps the firm run their business, but also enables them to track supplier performance with regards to Service Level Agreements. Diamond are in addition able to upload documents and attach them to jobs. There are also export functions to download CSV files of properties, subcontractors, clients and jobs. All this makes for a central ‘clearing-house’ of essential data.
The web application has enabled Diamond Facilities Support to have much better visibility and control of their business – and this feeds back, of course, to make clients happier. In fact, having this web app in place has helped Diamond FS win major new contracts.
