The CASE IH Puma 240 CVX in its current streamlined shape entered the market in mid-2021 and has been growing in popularity with both owners and operators ever since.  So, after 12 months of use with N D Harper Ltd, an agricultural contracting business based in Cheshire, it was time to do a review with the tractor hire experts at ASHBROOK.

Operator review of the Puma 240CVX

Operator, Jamie Taylor, went on to add that ‘the Puma 240 is the best tractor I’ve ever had a plough on.  The power-to-size ratio is great, the CVX transmission is beautifully balanced and it’s really easy to match the speed to the job.  Previously, with the Deere’s there was a big jump between B4 and C1, which was wearing after a long day in the seat.  The top-spec cab and ease of use mean I certainly wouldn’t want to go back’.
