With 21 different types of telehandlers available for hire, ranging from 4m to 20m, ASHBROOK has plenty of machines to choose from.
In fact, we have one of the largest independently owned telehandler fleets in the UK. However, we’re excited to announce that we will be expanding our offering further still, as in May 2023 an additional 4 types of Manitou are being added.
This expansion into the Manitou range comes after ASHBROOK added two types into the fleet in 2022 when we introduced a few Manitou MT1440 and MT933.
Mike Ashbrook, Commercial Director, picks up the story ‘Manitou telehandlers are solid, reliable and get the job done. Exactly what is needed for a piece of hire equipment. Having tried the MT1440, the MT933 and some rough terrain forklifts (M30-4), feedback from customers has been very positive.’
‘Learning from this success we have decided to purchase a further 4 different specifications of machines and additional MT1440s. We look forward to the multiple MT625, MT733, MT930H and MT1840 joining our fleet from May onwards. This is co-insides with the peak season for telehandler use, as the construction, agricultural and events industries are busy utilising this type of machine.’
‘The cab on the Manitou’s is excellent and it’s great to know that in the summer months operators will be comfortable in the airconditioned space. In addition, they’re really straightforward to operate with a single lever joystick used to control the boom raise, lower, crowd, tilt and boom extension. So, again, a great rental option.’
