Astutis Launches Sustainability Feature to Turn Customer Feedback into Forests

Astutis is excited to be using Feefo – the world’s largest verified reviews provider – to fund tree-planting projects in return for honest customer reviews.   

As one of the leading IEMA training providers in the UK, we have always held ambitions to help the planet in any way we can. It’s for this reason we are beyond delighted to announce the launch of Feefo’s new sustainability feature, Treefo. We have been using Feefo for our customer reviews for nearly seven years, and we have achieved our Feefo Platinum status for the last two years. In that time, they have gone from strength to strength, and they are now offering customers an environmentally friendly thank you for every review they share.

 

What is Treefo?

For each review we collect, Feefo will fund tree planting projects on your behalf. This is in partnership with Ecologi, a reputable climate solutions specialist for tree-planting projects. In turn, Ecologi works hand-in-hand with genuine project providers who are engaging with local communities to restore landscapes. These tree-planting projects nurture seeds to have the best chance of fully growing into trees. 

69% of consumers are interested in making more sustainable choices (Travel Weekly, December 2022), and Feefo wanted to offer something that would have a positive impact on the planet and boost support for their business from like-minded customers. Customers are choosing to be much more conscious shoppers, only buying from brands that clearly communicate sustainable and ethical practices, (Deloitte, 2022).
