If the components are in stock we can deliver within 5 working days. Q. DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS? A. Depending on the size of the order and the delivery area, we may give a discount. Q. DO YOU DO VARIOUS COLOURS? A. Yes. Maple, Beech or Oak. Others available on request. Q. DO YOU DO FLAT PACK? A. No, everything is made up ready to use, and delivered by ourselves. Q. WOULD YOU GIVE A DISCOUNT FOR COLLECTION ONLY? A. Yes. Q. DO YOU DELIVER TO SCOTLAND? A. Yes, all mainland UK. Q. ARE YOU LINKED TO ANY MULTI NATIONAL COMPANIES? A. No, we are a family run business. Q. CAN YOU MAKE TO CUSTOMERS OWN SPECIFICATIONS? A. Yes, we have our own in house CAD design team. Q. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE PAID? A. 28 days from invoice, paid by either BACS transfer or cheque. Q. WHAT IF I ONLY ORDERED 1 ITEM? A. It will be delivered in the same manner as all the other orders, between 2 to 4 weeks, but sometimes within 7 days. Q. DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? A. No, all we need is the order form, a purchase order number and that's it. Q. DO YOU KEEP IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS ABOUT HOW THE ORDER IS PROGRESSING? A. Yes, we regularly keep in touch by email, and let the customer know the approximate date of delivery, then confirm. Q. CAN INDIVIDUALS MAKE ORDERS, I.E. NOT SCHOOLS? A. Yes, we are happy for all types of business.
