Automatic Trigger Spray option now available on CC560

Our CC560 Automatic Capping Machine now has the option to automatically assemble Trigger Spray and Pump Action Spray cap onto bottles. These type of caps have always been difficult to handle due to their trailing pump straws which are often bent in all directions. Caps are fed from a bowl feeder into the machine where they are presented above the bottles held in a starwheel . The trailing pump straw is then guided into the neck of the bottle before the cap is tightened to the required torque.
