Established in 1947 by Zeno Carpanelli, Carpanelli Motori Electrici S.p.A.has since integrated all the technology required for the design and manufacture of asynchronous motors within the company. This has enabled the company to expand together with keeping up to date with technological innovation. 86% of the company production consists of special or customised motors. CAD stations and 3-D modelling aid the mechanical design, whereas for the electromagnetic aspect, mathematical CAD programs are provided for the simulation of the electrical circuit of the motor. The metrology laboratory calculates the dynamic performance of the motor, its pickup, thermal capacity and short circuit characteristics. New test benches have been installed to meet the requirements of IE3 for motor from 30watts to 25Kw. 65 years of experience has enabled Carpanelli Motori Electrici S.p.A. to become a leader in the design, manufacture and the supply of non- standard products to meet the specific requirements of the customer.
