Currently we are looking for:
Engineers
We are recruiting both Field Service Technicians and Workshop Engineers who have the knowledge and expertise to undertake inspection, service and repair of Aerial Platforms.
Who we are looking for:
Valid CAP Certification (IPAF Competent Assessed Person)
Qualified to B.T.E.C. or HND in an Engineering Discipline (or equivalent)
Time Served with Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic knowledge
Previous experience working with Aerial Platforms, Capital/Plant Equipment
You should be:
An excellent communicator, written and verbal
Prepared to undergo in-house training on all products/systems
Proficient in completing job reports
Aware and Compliant of all the Working at Height Regulations
We also currently have roles for:
Procurement Staff
· Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs, ensuring efficient & timely purchase of materials
· Raise PO for different departments according to their needs and requests.
· Research potential vendors
· Communicating with production and scheduling team to prevent delays
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
· Maintain parts database with up-to-date revisions and drawings provided by the engineers and Process
· Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
· Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
· Prepare cost analyses
· Maintain updated records of Suppliers
· Evaluate Suppliers
· Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
· Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition and raise NCR if needed
· General admin for Procurement & Stores department
Account Assistant
Reporting directly to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable Invoices
VAT Reconciliation
Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Raising Payment Runs
Month End Reports
Chasing Payments
Intrastat Submission
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sage 50 Accounts Software and possess a good working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets.
Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills with an Eye for Detail are Pre-Requisites for this role.
