We’re Expanding to New Premises
We are thrilled to announce that our Operations and Service departments are expanding and will be relocating to new premises, still within Dorchester.
Due to this move, there will be some impact on processing orders, calibration, and service. We will endeavour to keep this disruption to a minimum.
Key Dates and Information:

Shutdown Period: Operations and Service will be closed for two weeks from the 12th to the 23rd of August.

Order Processing:
- Standard orders received and acknowledged before the 26th of July will be shipped prior to the shutdown period.
- Standard orders received and acknowledged on or after the 29th of July will have lead times adjusted to account for the shutdown period.
- We aim to return to our standard lead times as soon as possible after the move is complete.
- Nonstandard “made to order” or large orders will be acknowledged separately with their appropriate lead times.
Please note, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Accounts will continue to operate as normal during this period. Therefore, there will be no impact on sales quotations and acknowledgements.
