Your mission: Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you are part of a team of 3 people and are the intermediary between customers and carriers.
Your mission will be to organize and monitor the delivery of customer orders, you will work on a daily basis with the sales department and the production department.
Your responsibilities:
➡Order charter transport from Ste Consorce and Soisy.
➡Check the consistency of the palletizing and the means of transport requested.
➡Monitor the proper execution of transport.
➡Respond to customer and sales, production and carrier requests for deliveries.
➡Manage customer claims related to carrier failures (including carrier litigation)
➡Check the carriers' invoices, and have them corrected if necessary
➡Contribute to the search for transport partners

➡With a BAC+2/3 level, you have a first successful experience in the field of logistics or sales administration

➡You are comfortable with computer tools (Office Suite, experience on an ERP)
