Quality Materials

We produce consistent results because we only use the best suppliers for our products, only the top-grade materials will make the cut. In every case possible we will use Metamark Vinyl as they have the best track record for providing substrates which have never varied in their high quality. We never manufacture any resin-domed custom badge onto paper, as this will cause the ink to ‘bleed through’ should it get wet. All our resin domed badges are printed onto self-adhesive vinyl to guarantee our expected durable and reliable standards.

Highly Controlled Standards

We also do not use syringe applied resins or standard computer-controlled syringe systems, as the results are never consistent. At Dash Dynamics, we have, not just one, but three top-of-the-line computer-controlled delivery systems with precision twin gear pumps. Two of these have been newly, custom-built to our exacting standards and cannot be purchased anywhere else. This is important because each tooth of the pump represents an incredibly accurate volume, allowing us to have complete control over the manufacturing process.

Similarly, we guarantee that every production is checked throughout every stage of the manufacturing process, from its design conception to printing, through to the final dispatch. To ensure your satisfaction, we are more than happy to send out samples of our work, free of charge for customers placing larger orders. In fact, we prefer to do this prior to our final production on such orders to ensure that you are as happy as possible with your custom badge.
