Your responsibilities are as follows: • Repairing, servicing and conducting preventative maintenance on forklift trucks and associated equipment • Diagnosing faults on engine, hydraulic and electrical systems and rectifying these issues in a timely and cost effective manner to a high standard. • It is essential that you are able to develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers so that the highest level of customer service can be achieved and maintained • You will be responsible for maintaining the essential parts stock on your company van and liaising with the parts team in order we can respond to the customer’sneeds . • Completing all necessary paper work for our internal systems and those of the customer.
