Stream of re-circulating cold air is blown up and across the display shelves and chilled well, ensuring temperature is maintained safely Glass display shelves are removable and have adjustable brackets. Chilled well has removable base sections for easy cleaning and maintenance. Automatic defrost cycle. Pull out condensate drip tray. Refrigeration units (refrigerant = R404a) Designed to comply with the operating requirements of BS EN ISO 23953 providing M1 standard performance in a climate class 3 environment maintaining the core product temprature of pre-chilled food below 5oC in ambient condition not exceding 25oC and 60% humidity.
