Prototyping We specialise in producing prototype parts where a lot of companies will stay clear of such projects. We can work directly from a customer’s drawing and make the component to the specifications as required. We frequently create a full 3D CAD model to aid manufacturing which speeds up the programming time and consequently the machining time. Our design capabilities allow us to quickly make jigs and fixtures to complement the manufacturing of complex parts. Design & Consultancy Working with and supporting our customers from initial design sketches to project completion our team at EazyTec can help with every aspect of manufacturing a component that fits the customers’ requirements. This could include material selection for each stage of production requirements to suit testing and budget needs, and possible critical component design implementations to produce the component more efficiently. Quality The scope of inspection is driven by the client and can range from a single final inspection to a full program starting with a pre inspection meeting through all stages of the components manufacturing life cycle to a final pre-shipped inspection and release. Whether it’s a simple 2D drawing or complex 3D surfaces we can fully inspect to the customer’s requirements. 3D Printing Keeping up with technology we can offer 3D printing in an array of materials for an immediate manufacturing solution to check a components fit and functionality. This will depend on the volume of parts and the complexity of each component, however we can usually turnaround most quotes in less than 12 hours
