Automatic Sack Opener ordered by Fertilizers production company in the Netherlands

JULY 2016 Member of the world's largest producer of fertilizers ordered a complete automatic system to open and empty bags and load the content via a sieve into the mixer. The aperture of the mixer is on a high platform. With the new system the operator place the bags on the belt of the sack opener installed on the shop floor. The bags are dust free opened and emptied. All powders are lifted to the sieve by a closed Aero Mechanical Conveying system. The rest product on the sieve gets automatically back to the sifter after it gets broken. The new operator friendly system is experienced to be Safe, Efficient and Reliable.
