Asbestos Surveyor – P402 (East Sussex) Job Ref: ASJ2 Specialism: Asbestos Surveyor Job Type: Full Time Region/Country: South East / East Sussex City: Brighton Salary: 18k-26k depending on experience Post Code: BN1 7GA Job Description: Asbestos Surveyor (Immediate start). Minimum P402 qualified, (S301 preferred), plus minimum of 2 years surveying experience within a UKAS accredited company. Successful applicant will be undertaking Asbestos Management & Asbestos Refurbishment / Demolition Surveys for a wide variety of clients, and building types to include commercial, industrial & residential properties. Part of their role will involve collating and producing comprehensive reports therefore good word and excel skills are essential and CAD experience desirable (although training will be given). The successful applicant will be liaising with clients and helping build and maintain these relationships. The majority of work will be undertaken in the South-east region. Experience of air monitoring / asbestos bulk analysis would be beneficial, although not essential. We are looking for a motivated, keen, presentable professional with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, capable of working alone and as part of a team.
