For applications that require high-speed and high accuracy for processing data in high speed systems the ere are three ranges available depending on technical requirements.
This new generation of oscillators offer excellent phase jitter performance and a wide frequency range of 10MHz to 1.50GHz with LVDS,PECL,HCSL or CML output formats.
EMQN Range Provides LVDS and PECL outputs in various package sizes and
RMS Jitter (12 kHz ~ 20MHz) : 0.8 ps typ.
Frequency Range: 10.0 ~ 1500MHz
Stability: ±1.5ppm -40+85°C as standard
EMQF Range Provides LVDS and PECL outputs in various package sizes and
RMS Jitter (12 kHz ~ 20MHz) : 1.0 ps typ.
Frequency Range: 10.0 ~ 1500MHz
Stability: ±1.5ppm -40+85°C as standard
EMJF Range Provides LVDS ,PECL, HCSL and CML outputs in various package sizes and
RMS Jitter (12 kHz ~ 20MHz) : 1.0 ps typ.
Frequency Range: 15.0 ~ 1500MHz
Stability: ±1.5ppm -40+85°C as standard
