Since our start in 2000, we’ve built a rapidly growing customer base across a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food & Drink. Our Royston-based team is at the heart of our success, and now, we’re ready to grow even more!
What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sales, knows how to build strong relationships, and thrives in face-to-face customer interactions. You’ll be based in our office, collaborating closely with a dynamic team (no remote working).
What Your Objectives Will Be:
- Develop and implement sales strategies with clear, ambitious goals.
- Consistently reach—and exceed—your sales targets.
- Grow and strengthen new and existing business relationships in both the UK and global markets.
- Deliver excellent customer service
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft precise quotations for customers worldwide.
- Build long-lasting connections with customers, driving both initial and repeat business.
- Travel across the UK and internationally to establish and nurture key business relationships.
- Represent the EWFM brand at industry exhibitions and conferences.
- Follow up on leads, push projects forward, and close deals.
- Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to final handshake.
- Provide technical support as needed (full training provided).
- Identify new market opportunities through in-depth research and a proactive approach.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
- Reach out to new customers with enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in sales is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365—especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- A full UK driving license.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
