At EWFM we used to only sell nozzles to the MOD (The G180 and G457). They were used for refuelling helicopters with aviation fuel. The world has now changed and we have evolved with it, allowing us to diversify into other areas including selling nozzles to dispense other hazardous, corrosive and hygienic medias. Our latest range of nozzles are engineered to order allowing us to cater for a wide variety of requirements. To give you an idea of what we can do, the following nozzles for different applications have been supplied to customers: Whisky 2″ Stainless Steel Automatic Nozzle with a Integrated Swivel Joint, 90 Degree Drop Tube, EPDM Seals and additional flow meter. Egg Custard 1/2″ Stainless Steel Manual Nozzles with a 25 degree drop tube and Viton food grade seals. MEK 1/2″ Stainless Steel Manual Nozzle with 35 degree drop tube, installed with a Aluminium comb sprayer and additional Swivel Joint. We will be excited to help. Engineered Drum Filling HeadIf you don’t think a Nozzle will do the job or you are working with a viscous media with particles, perhaps our drum filling head will? The Drum Filling Head with Automatic Level Sensor is used for filling, drums, IBCs, totes, barrels and casks. It is currently being used by companies in the food, beverage, distilling, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and oil industries.
