A Brief History

Founded in 1928, Flexo Springs is a well-established family-run company. Our humble beginnings can be traced back to World War One army huts, which were transformed and expanded over time into the factory and offices we have today.

Initially known as Flexo Steels, our early production focused on manufacturing "steels" for corsets and producing other metalwork required by the military. In the 1950s, we introduced a spring catalogue, which has steadily grown to encompass an impressive selection of 4,200 stock items.
