Lucie Toscani new CEO of the forteq Group
The Board of Directors of the forteq Group has announced the appointment of Lucie Toscani as the new CEO, effective from 1 August 2022. Aged 52, Ms Toscani holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the European Business School in Paris and brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Ms Toscani, who holds both French and Italian nationality, has held various global management roles throughout her career. Most notably, she has served as CEO of the German automotive supplier Veritas AG and DODUCO GmbH.

Transition Period
Until Ms Toscani assumes her position, CFO Andreas Moser will continue to act as interim CEO. Since early 2022, the previous CEO, Rune Bakke, has been focusing on managing forteq’s global sales and engineering organisation, as well as the continued development of forteq Czech. Mr Bakke remains a member of Group Management.
