Registered STEM Ambassador

Congratulations to Chris for being approved as a registered STEM ambassador, Chris is passionate about getting young people involved with our industry.  According to the latest Construction Skills Network (CSN) report an extra 225,000 construction workers may be needed by 2027.  If we can’t encourage more young people to consider jobs in our industry, we will be unable to deliver the housing and infrastructure to support the growth and sustainability aspirations of the UK.  The work that Chris is doing with STEM, reaching out directly to young people, is an example of what we need to be doing collectively to reverse a trend of young people preferring other sectors over construction.
