PVC-C from Georg Fischer is the new resilient plastic piping system. PVC-C is a natural development to and extension of our internationally successful PVC-U product range. PVC-C is a post-chlorinated PVC and was speficically developed for the industrial market. PVC-C has improved physical and chemical properties compared to standard PVC, offering even extremer operating condition possibilities than that already available with PVC-U.PVC-C can operate at 70 C with water for a minimum life span of 25 years at 6 bar (safety factor 2.5). Such excellent performance criteria combined with the easy and reliable jointing method of solvent cementing offers our customers a superb cost-performance ratio that cannot be equalled by any other available piping system on the market.
