Easy MCS Chambers Manifolds Our Chamber Manifolds are available in 2 – 12 port configurations with larger configurations available on request. We offer a number of solutions to suit your requirements: Firstly for sites with light pedestrian loads (up to 200Kg): •Robust PE Chamber with fully assembled manifold • S.W.L. - 200Kg • Screwed on Cover (countersunk) • 2-9 Ports (32mm or 40mm) • 63mm Header Pipe Spigot (Suitable for Electrofusion or Compression fittings) Dimensions: 800mm (W) x 1000mm (L) x 1150mm (H) A Shaft extension, 600mm Diameter, 500mm Height can also be added. Circular Chamber Manifold Space saving, chamber manifold, made from solid PE pipe offering the following features: • Small diameter, reduced time excavating on site • Brass Ball Valve on the Flow legs • Returns included integrated flow meter • Manifold header – OD 110mmm c/w 1” filling and bleed valve • All connections are welded to the chamber wall to ensure its water tight • S.W.L. – 200Kg • Lockable cover • Fully Leak Tested • 63mm Header Pipe connections • 40mm flow & return ports (i.e. suitable for 25mm, 32mm & 40mm collector pipe) External Wall Box The External wall box offers the perfect solution where space is tight within the property and a chamber is not necessary. Designed for 2-5 loop collector systems as is the typical domestic situation all the key features are incorporated within this tidy wall mounted box (can also be used as a light chamber - Load bearing up to 50Kg). Dimensions: 500mm (W) x 600mm (L) x 660mm (H) The header pipes are conveniently sized in 63mm and the collector sizes are 32mm for easy connection to 25/32 or 40mm.
