Baroness Royal Presents Grail Laser with ISO 14001 Certificate

Grail Laser Profiles Ltd. (www.graillaser.co.uk) have recently been awarded ISO9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation for Quality Assurance and Environmental Management respectively. Baroness Royal presented the certificates to the company at a small ceremony at their works on the Forest Vale industrial estate. “It has been a really exciting time for Grail Laser, since we launched last year we have seen our business really take off and we are now working for companies throughout the UK. Gaining ISO 9001 and 14001 shows our commitment to developing a best in class business in the Forest of Dean. The success of Grail LASER is a catalyst for further capital investment in CNC press technology which will lead to more job creation in Cinderford” said Chick Grail Managing Director. Grail Engineering has been established in Cinderford for nearly 50 years and is looking forward to serving the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas for another 50 years. “The reason Grail has been so successful for so long is our commitment to customer satisfaction and going the extra mile. We have continued to invest in Apprenticeships throughout the life of the company to ensure we continue the supply of highly skilled engineers and we are taking apprentices again this year” said Julian Grail.
