Sign trays are constructed from the same, durable 3mm aluminium sheet that is used in our flat plate aluminium signs, but have folded returns to each edge (usually 25 – 75mm depending upon overall size), to create a 3-dimensional sign. Corners are welded for strength and dressed to give a smooth surface before having a durable, coloured powder-coated finish applied.
