41-45 QUEENS GATE TERRACE

We recently completed a lift refurbishment  scheme consisting of 2 existing Kone lifts at 41-45 Queens Gate Terrace. Working to a lift consultants specification, our in house design team engineered a solution to retain parts of the lifts that were not worn such as the guide rails, balance weight frames and lift landing entrances and replace parts that were worn and causing unreliability such as the control systems, gearless traction machines and car door operators. The end result was a more cost effective solution for the client against the cost of 2 new lifts. The lift car interiors (as pictured) were relined by our specialist contractor using real wood laminate.
