Celebrating the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day, IMD joined forces with W.I.N. to explore Women in Leadership. “The event was a gathering of leading international thinkers, who provided global perspectives on emerging trends that are currently shaping our world,” explained Chris Green, financial consultant at Guardian Wealth Management. “CEOs, top level executives and management from world-class companies discussed the challenges and empowering strategies that facilitate women to successfully lead in the global marketplace.” “The event also investigated how companies add value to their competitive edge by investing in leadership programs for female employees,” he added. “Many vital themes were discussed, including how women are impacting business models and bottom lines, and the need for female leaders of companies to share their best practices and embrace women in business.
