The image here shows a fixed tubeplate shell and tube heat exchanger manufactured having a grade 316L stainless steel tube bundle and domed header boxes with a carbon steel outer shell. The unit shown was created to raise the temperature of 53 litres per minute water from 5 deg C to 85 deg C when supplied with 502 Kg per hour dry saturated steam at 75 Psi gauge pressure.
