Heart of England Training Ltd (HOET) is a private training provider. Established in 1971, the head office is in Rugby and the company has six Training Academies in Rugby, Coventry, Birmingham, Daventry, Castle Vale and Leicester. The programmes are delivered in the most appropriate way, depending on the subject area or the requirements of the learner and employer. Some learners attend off the job day release training whilst some learners do all the training and assessment at work and have a visiting assessor. Full and part time learners are all in-house unless they have work experience placements.
