Improving abrasive blasting efficiency

We are improving abrasive blasting efficiency with a blast room installation.

Hodge Clemco has recently installed a 12.5m long x 5m wide x 5m high insulated panel blast room.

The room has a sweep floor hopper and mechanical abrasive recovery and dust extraction system. The room has been installed at Elite Coatings International Ltd.

The blast room is situated in the factory and has a bi-fold door on the side of the booth to allow for easy access given the size of the room.

The blast room installation is part of a £300,000 investment into surface treatment, at Elite Coatings International Ltd in Burnley.

The room will allow the team there to blast more efficiently and economically. We wish them success with their future blasting projects.
