High-end Drying Systems for Inkjet Printing

At Fespa drying specialist Hönle shows new and approved UV, UV-LED and IR technologies. Especially developed for the demands of inkjet printing are the successfully applied drying and curing systems of the product series jetCURE. Beside IR and UV versions Hönle exhibits a further development of their jetCURE LED: This solely air-cooled UV-LED high-performance curing unit with integrated electronics offers intensities up to 16 W/cm² and guarantees an efficient curing even at high web speeds. jetCURE LED is available in the wavelengths 365,385,395 and 405 nm. The UV-LED device wins over by its excellent energy efficiency, user friendliness and compact design. Radiation width and wavelengths can individually be tailored to each application. jetCURE LED is also perfectly apt for retro-fitting on existing machines.
