Our walk-in service operates standard business hours, between 9am to 6pm on weekdays and between 11am and 4pm on Saturdays. Those who make use of our walk-in service will see us operate a standard turnaround time of 30 minutes on repairs. Our courier service operates within Zone 1 and select areas of Zone 2 within London and most of our courier service repairs are completed on a same day basis. Our iPhone repairs are covered with a lifetime warranty as standard, with iPad repairs covered with a 24 month warranty and MacBook repairs covered with a one year warranty. Diagnostics for all devices are provided free of charge and there are no hidden costs.
