Formed by a management buy-out from Morgan Advanced Ceramics S.A.S., MICROCERTEC has over 30 years history in producing precision ceramics, using the latest in precision diamond grinding and micro-machining techniques. Its policy of sustained development has resulted in an extended workplace of 1,500 square metres, the latest CAD-CAM software and CMM metrology equipment, and a quality system based on ISO 9001:2000. MICROCERTEC’s modern and sophisticated equipment enables the manufacture of high-quality ceramic devices using surface-, cylindrical- and centreless diamond grinding, honing, milling-drilling, lapping and polishing, as well as high-precision ultrasonic machining. A dedicated ultrasonic cleaning facility, including a batch kiln that allows parts to be clean-fired at temperatures up to 1,350°C, ensures grit-free surface finishing to the highest standards.
