Customer Satisfaction Data 2014

As per of our ISO9001 procedures, John Anthony Signs carry out continual customer satisfaction surveys and we are pleased to announce that in 2014; 100% of those surveyed would use us again and 100% stated that they would recommend us. We appreciate that we still have major improvements to make across the business but its great that we enjoy this level of commitment from our clients. One of our customer surveys completed by a Starbucks Project Manager sums this up nicely. “Everyone that I have had the pleasure of dealing with within this organisation, has been friendly, professional and very helpful both on site and in the office.” We will continue to make further improvements to our systems and services but thank all of our staff for their ongoing commitment to our clients.
