How fast is delivery?

Justartificial.co.uk aim to provide a quick turn around with delivery. If you order before 12am weekdays and the item is in our warehouse stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day or if not then the following working day. At busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentines etc) it may take a bit longer but if your order is needed by a certain date or time please let us know when ordering(or call/email us straight after) and we will do our best to give priority to your order. We will also advise you of any additional delivery services we can offer to get it there on time (additional charges may apply for upgraded delivery services) for example next day by 1pm, Saturday deliveries etc. If any of your order item(s) are out of stock, then you will be notified by email or telephoned by our customer services during office hours, we will either offer you a similar item to the same or greater value, pre-order the same item for when it does arrive in stock, or cancel that item from your order at your request. We will not change your order or send you a different item without your authorisation.
