Earlier this year, we supplied a second high-speed Rotary Capping Machine to Beanies The Flavour Company, cementing our relationship with the award-winning coffee manufacturer. Renowned for their wide range of low-calorie, flavoured instant coffees, Darlington-based Beanies has gone from strength-to-strength since launching in 2013. The brand invested in their first Karmelle Rotary Capper in 2015. This machine proved so efficient that, when their production requirements changed, they decided to upgrade to a new, enhanced automatic capper. With a central rotary star wheel and multiple screw capping heads, Beanies’ automatic capping machine is ideal for medium-to-large scale production. Now a cornerstone of Karmelle’s capping range, the Rotary Capper itself can achieve speeds of between 40 and 160 cpm (depending on cap type) – making it the fastest and most efficient option for customers looking to step-up production. A range of additional features (including a ‘no-bottle-no-cap’ function and ‘no-foil-in-cap’ reject sensor) can be added on request, ensuring that faulty products are detected before they reach the end of the line.
