Karmelle’s Response to Covid-19

As the Coronavirus outbreak continues, we want to provide an update on the response here at Karmelle Ltd. We’re proud to serve a range of businesses, including many in the essential food & drink and pharmaceutical sectors – and are still on-hand to support them. Following guidance laid out by the government and World Health Organisation (WHO), we have taken steps to ensure that our team and customers remain as safe as possible. Getting in touch In line with government and WHO guidance, many of our office staff are now working from home. Please contact our switchboard, 01484 533356, with servicing, spares, sales or accounts enquiries; a redirect message will advise you as to the correct number to call. Alternatively, please email karmelle@gmail.com. Our workshop We are still producing parts for our customers, and the Karmelle workshop remains open. We have introduced new health and safety measures to protect our dedicated staff, taking our lead, once again, from the Government and WHO. Technical support Our team are endeavouring to provide technical support by phone. Where a site visit is required to carry out essential maintenance, steps will be taken to ensure that it complies with current guidelines. Meetings will also be conducted remotely where possible. We are monitoring this dynamic situation, and will let you know as and when anything changes here at Karmelle.
